Born on August 30, 1950, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, son of Laurindo Campos and Cora Fuoco Campos.

Naval engineer from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, after working more than 30 years with engineering, I decided either dedicate myself most interesting activities.

The music has always beem my passion since I was a kid, when I learned the first notions of music theory with my grandfather, Paschoal Fuoco, which, when young, played violin and cello, and with my teatcher Ana, of choral music, at the Instituto de Educação Professor Ascendino Reis, where I studied high school. Then I obtained an old guitar and so began my autodidact trajectory.

Another attraction for me always was the drawing. I had knack for it, so much so in the first year of college I participated in the First Contest of Humor Drawings, promoted by Grêmio Politécnico and I got second place with this work:

CUDHU

What makes me proudest, however, is that Laerte Coutinho was placed the first, back then a student at Escola de Comunicações e Artes da USP and which is today one of the most respected cartoonists of the country (Piratas do Tietê, Fagundes, Overman…). Then, recently, I decided to make a children’s book with my ilustrations. I hope to do others…
